Oriental Landscape II (Cool Play Town)
The second phase of Dongfangshanshui (Cool Play Town) project is located in Jianhu-Keyan Tourism and Resort Area. It is invested and built by Shaoxing Cool Play Tourism Development Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 12 billion yuan and an area of 502 acres. The construction period of the project is from 2017 to 2019, of which, it is planned to complete an investment of 3 billion yuan in 2017, and the main structure of some buildings will be topped.
